Triple Layer Ube Brownie Bar

For those Ube lovers, this is the ultimate dessert.  Ube originates from a purple yam and highly used in southeast asian (like Philippines) desserts. Introducing our Triple Ube Brownie Bar, with three layers of Ube goodness.  The bottom layer is an Ube Sugar cookie, the middle layer is an Ube fudge, and the top layer is an Ube brownie.  Similar to sweet potato, Ube has a more sweeter and mellow flavor than its orange relative. Ube has a slightly nutty, vanilla taste and is popularly used in desserts in Filipino cuisine.  This brownie bar is a celebration of all things Ube.  You just have to try it.  Because of the delicacy of this bar, we are unable to ship.
